About Green Horizon


Hubei Green Horizon Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a joint venture garment company established in 2003 by an idea of one old Italian customer has already cooperated many years with one of the Chinese partners who has 20 years of experience in production of down garments.


The factory has been created for a special high quality garments, covering garment fashion design, processing, producing and export business.


The company began successfully producing for high quality Chinese brand that wants to use the expertise of Italian production for their products to have more success in expanding Chinese market, where now quality became a strong need due to better customers habit.


Some Chinese and Italian brand market leader have asked Hubei Green Horizon who is in cooperation with Italian designers to create and produce new styles of jackets to add to their already famous lines.


Since some Italian companies require a very special attention to their styles and need the presence of qualified Italian expert, the factory has been located on the border of Wuhan city, Hubei Province, making comfortable to customers and western technicians to be present for quality control. Wuhan can be reached in 60 minutes flight from Shanghai and 90 minutes flight from Hong Kong.


Hubei Green Horizon is specialized in making down jackets, working clothes and children wear, and then of course spring jackets, quilted and poly-filled jackets.


Every year new fabric and accessories are studied and even imported from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Italy under choice and supervision of Italian partner. The Company can count on a city office in the center of Wuhan to handle all import-export operation and new studies about fabric and accessories, labels, natural fur. Customers can discuss with technician about quality of fabric, accessories and take immediate decision about how they want their style made up.


Our clients are in European countries mostly in Italy. In order to meet their highly demand all garment design uses original Italian style, combining with excellent pattern design (some come directly from Italy designers) and experienced specialized worker in sample room can realize new prototype in one day.


All staff follows a continuous training according to the best western standard of operation under the supervision of an Italian manager that the Company employed to reach really the best level of working.


A tight cooperation with Wuhan University allowed the company to receive a control of its procedure and good cooperation with local garment school ensures to get the best and promising students that later may become the best staff.


Our strategy is to contact and operate with high level brands and high quality requested customers with special needs, that share the same idea of careful attention to products, offering them our every year new design, fabric and accessories, and that also want to add to their line a product made by a experienced supplier that can follow them distribution in their shops.
